Research & Discovery
This phase involves understanding the problem, the users, and the business goals. Stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and user research help shape the project’s direction. Requirements are gathered and documented to guide design and development. The outcome is a clear understanding of what needs to be built and why.
Design & Prototyping
Our design team creates wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to visualize the user interface. Interactive prototypes are developed to demonstrate functionality and gather feedback. This phase ensures that the user experience is intuitive and aligned with user needs. Stakeholders and developers review and iterate on designs before development begins.
Development & Testing
Developers translate the designs into code, implementing frontend and backend functionality. Continuous integration and version control help manage code quality. QA engineers and automated tests validate that the product works as intended. Bugs are identified and fixed before moving to deployment.
Deployment & Maintenance
The application is launched to the production environment, often through automated deployment pipelines. Monitoring tools track performance and uptime. We build many websites as part of larger projects, but we typically are not the best fit if you only need a simple marketing website.
